Vintage English Inlaid Secretary Desk With Side Bookcases
This is a beautiful drop front secretary desk imported from England. It has bookcases on each side of the desk portion which is outlined with beautiful inlaid wood. The interior is nicely fitted writing area of the desk has a leather writing surface. On each side of the desk is a glass door bookcase and under the desk are two drawers.
This piece does have some wear. The chains that hold the desk in position when it is dropped are missing and need to be replaces to actually use the writing area. Plus there are some nicks and marks in the wood which I've tried to show in the photos. Please see all the pictures for details.
